Unfortunately, with Sprint - and we have tried them twice - we have had little to no service in vital areas of our city - the school, the store, our home...and the customer service was extremely poor. Our last foray into Sprint was two years ago, and our daughter couldn't get a signal to call us from her school. We are in a pretty major metropolitain area, and the other providers (even t-mobile) don't have difficulty.
I've been with Sprint for years ... and yes, there was a time when they deserved a reputation for worst customer service, but that is more than 4 or 5 years ago.
The customer service I've received, on the rare times I needed it, has been right on the mark. The phone connections and data speeds have been fine... as in, I don't see friends with other services getting faster results ... but I do see them having data limits ... while my plan is unlimited ... I'd definitely recommend them
I never had a problem with Sprint in over 20 years
My experience with Sprint is that it is the worst company to get help when your phone is down or it is not functioning properly.
I love Sprint. They do a very good job, great coverage in my area. The best coverage there is around here and their pre-paid plans are very inexpensive and just as good as their regular plans.
I have been with Sprint over 10 years. I never have problems with coverage, even when I travel. No drop calls, coverage is great, service is wonderful. The cost cannot be beat.
For price and included features Sprint is hard to beat. Recently however I made the switch to a competitor after doing business with Sprint for almost 8 years. While they had made many improvements, in my line of work I needed a hotspot with great speed, great signal and lots of included data. The competitor beat Sprint by nearly 10x on speed in my area and included twice the amount of data. Yes it was a little more expensive, but it's what I needed.
I've been with Sprint for many years and have gotten great service; however, if you live, work or travel the back roads then you'll have connectivity problems.
We have been with Sprint for over 8 years. We are very happy with our service.
Always have had excellent service from Sprint, both when I lived in Florida and here in California. At home, I live in a relatively dead coverage area for all providers (nestled among the mountain foothills, shielded from towers), so my signal at home was poor. When I mentioned this to a Sprint rep, she immediately offered an Airave femtocell unit, free of charge, which arrived a day or so later and completely solves the problem. Never had a bad interaction with any customer service or accounts people in the 13 years we've used Sprint.
