Nothing but issues ranging the gambit. The CDMA Network is looking less and less attractive to this long time personal and business manager customer. The over-charging I have seen over the years is hard to refute when it continues to happen and billing simply won’t address glaring and documented over-billings. Watch you bills closely!
My fourth book, THE ROCK OF MICHAEL, is finished and in editing. I will put it on my website whenever it is available.
Love their cellular service but the business phone service is a little lacking. No caller ID and if you don't pick up quick enough, the phone acts as if the caller hung up, even though they may be leaving a message. You can't pick up and interrupt the recording and take the call even if you know they're probably leaving a message. Only when they finish are you able to tell there is a voice mail. But the calls are much clearer than the cable phones were.
I have been using Verizon for a long time and have been very happy with the phones, service, support and network.
I have had Verizon for my phone and hot spot connection for a few years. I never drop calls and my hot spot works everywhere. Bill never changes, always stays what they quoted me in the beginning.
I have been with Verizon for several years. They have the largest and most stable network from what I have experienced. They also have the highest speed internet connectivity, again from anecdotal experience.
I have also been fortunate in using OneTalk from Verizon to provide VOIP phone service to a client.
I've been a Verizon customer since 2002. The primary reason I remain a client is because their coverage area as compared to other providers. In countless situations where I am in the same location with other people who have a different service provider, I have cell/text connectivity when they did not. This service availability is even more evident when I'm in the mountains or on water, traveling within remote locations, or inside a building within suburban areas. For safety purposes alone in the event of an emergency, other providers, regardless of lesser cost, don't match up.
We've used Verizon for many years, mostly because we get the best connections in all the areas we go to. They do pretty good customer service, especially in person at their corporate stores.
I don't know if you are old enough to remember when cell phones became available for cars, but it required a big box of electronics under the seat and the hand set was attached to the unit with a coil cord much like the old landline phones. That's how long I've been with Verizon and while there are certainly cheaper services available, I've stayed with Verizon simply because I've never experienced any show stopping problems. If reliability and support are crucial to you, I highly recommend Verizon.
They're ok, watch your account on line though. I was charged a lot because I didn't watch my account closely on line.
