Xfinity internet hands down the best in the business. The key to keeping your price down is to know when your promotion ends. You want to call in a month BEFORE your promotion ends to get a new promotion. Often times the rep can see the same promotion or one with less cost.
I have been a customer for 45 years and have definitely had experienced the ups and downs of technology in this sector. Al in all Comcast has always provided me the service I needed at the end of the day. Even when I worked at CenturyLink I did not change my service. Now that the focus is on the customer experience I can say that end is dramatically improved. With there fiber backbone powering there hybrid coax delivery the service has been excellent. Knowing that acts of god or government are out of anyone's control I can live with that impact. I still roll my eyes when construction cuts a line or someone drives into box and knocks service out. I know they work hard 24/7 365 to fix and repair outages... Making them one of the top services to have.
I’m not only a customer but I also work for Comcast as a Business Consultant for Small Business. The solutions we offer small business I know will bring value and increase your ROI almost immediately.
I sold Comcast Business Services in the SMB market for around seven years and it certainly out performed the Verizon and Frontier DSL products that I competed against. As with all services there were some issues from time to time but overall it is an efficient broadband service and with phone service bundled it is an overall great value. I have use the Comcast Blast internet for my home based business and it has been very reliable and meets the requirements that I need to setup my upcoming VoIP service. You will have to go with a higher priced dedicated fiber solution to get a better product.
Unfortunately it is the only real answer in New Hampshire as the alternative, Fair Point's speed is horrible. Comcast's internet is reliable and fast but you pay $100 / mo for blast service which is 150MB. Competition would be nice but the state's PUC isn't helping the consumer.
I've used Comcast Business in the past when I owned a consulting firm. My only issue with them is that they kept going up on price, even though I was promised a 3 year lock on the monthly rate.
I find Comcast/Xfinity to be very reliable as far as Internet/Phone service. I haven't used their new mobile service yet but I would imagine it to be very good as I find they have great wi-fi coverage wherever I go and I would bet that their infrastructure is more than adequate to compete with established mobile providers.
I have used Comcast Business for my internet and VOIP phone service for over a dozen years, I have honestly never had a problem with them and can say I LOVE the service and have recommended them strongly in the past and will continue to in the future - IT JUST WORKS!
Horrific customer service... when you're trying to do business from home and your internet goes out and it takes them 7 days to get a technician to fix it.... unacceptable. Go with Verison Fios... never a problem if the fiber optics are actually available in your area.
Totally miss Comcast technology, never a skip using internet services, we have Frontier now and man its SLOW!
