About Us
Residential and Commercial Real Estate services, sales, listings, rentals, leasing and management. Local Brokers w/knowledge of the area caring for Village of Pinecrest since 1994 with more than 40 years combined experience. Former Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Byrne & Rinehart, ERA Realty with extensive training in the residential field.
How We Got Started
To break away from large corporate oriented real estate companies and to create boutique style office more suited to the Pinecrest resident and our personal style. Started in South Miami in 2009 and expanded into Pinecrest & Pametto Bay since 2012. Our success brought the merger with by Berkshire Hathahway Home Services Florida Realty in 2018 and we are moving forward ever since

Never used it - I'm sure is a great asset though - if video tours and regular photos attract buyers, it makes a lot of sense that a 3D presentation should bring the really interested buyers in.

When meeting new clients it is important to conduct a face to face interview where both can ask questions to each other about what their expectations of the business relationship are. If there is a good fit for each other, both will benefit and allow each other to interact throughout the process...

When meeting new clients it is important to conduct a face to face interview where both can ask questions to each other about what their expectations of the business relationship are. If there is a good fit for each other, both will benefit and allow each other to interact throughout the process whether is purchasing or selling, but establishing the limits of that interaction for the ultimate benefit of having a successful closing without stress. Sometimes new clients have a strong mind of how they like things done and it is our job to bend but not brake for everyone ‘s sake.
