Consistent and reliable
I have used them for years but lately they have really dropped the ball. Their 5G is crap!
I have had AT&T for more than 10 years. They consistently over bill me. I believe their plans are a bit high and their service is mediocre.
30 yr. plus customer of AT&T. First 20 yrs. were good. Last 10 yrs. have had non-stop service interruptions, misbilling and other issues. Today they screwed up my business internet and then after fixing it, screwed up my business phone line. At this point, I will be shopping new internet companies as AT&T is not the great company they used to be.
Like any telecom/internet company you have 2 basic tiers of service, cost, and support response.
Residential and Commercial/Business.
Residential customers: when your stuff goes down or you're having an issue that cannot be resolved over the phone, it can take days for their field service folks to appear and resolve it.
For a little more money, but for MUCH FASTER service (also known as an SLA - Service Level Agreement) you should always sign up for commercial level services for these carriers and providers whenever possible. Also within this service sphere, you have "managed" and "unmanaged" services - aka "monitored".
When those services go down or have some issue - they are all over it like white on rice (when you call), and often will know it is down or having an issue before you do, especially if you have their "managed/monitored" service.
It is a huge difference - and because there is a "same day SLA" for down situations, you will be much happier at the end of the day, despite the cost.
After all - you get what you pay for. Doesn't matter who you get your service through, just get the top-of-the-line commercial / business service whenever possible. You will pay more, but you get a lot more too like static IP address(es) for internet service, more numbers for telephone / better long distance rates or unlimited USA/Canada calling, lower priced toll-free #'s, more DIDs (Direct Inward Dial telephone numbers) and much more. It is all - also negotiable because you will be negotiating a contract.
If you would like to discuss or would like a quote, or for us to analyze your current bill(s) for free to optimize your costs or find you better or more options, please feel free to contact us for a no obligation estimate for your home or business.
If you are a business - we can often save you a lot of money and/or get you much more bang for your bucks because we're masters at negotiating and holding their feet to the proverbial fire. I have personally done this for over 25 years now, and have it down to a science, especially if your business is located in an area where there is competition vs very rural areas where there is only one choice for telecom/internet service. Even then we can still negotiate with contract term lengths and similar to drive down your costs - as just one example.
We're experts with Cox, AT&T, Windstream, Centurylink, Comcast and anyone else that offers any kind of copper, telecom, fiber or TV service in the entire North / Central Florida areas. We will also insure it is installed properly, on time, and most of all - that your internal processes remain fully operational with little-to-no interruption to your internet, telephone &/or TV services when migrating.
Guaranteed!

I am constantly in my car and on the water, I have excellent service.
I love AT&T I always have signal ;-)
They added services we did not request and were slow to remove them when we asked. I wasted hours on the phone with AT&T reps trying to solve problems their company created. They are uniquely dishonest. The quality of the service (internet, phone) was inferior to the one competitor.
Never had no problem with excellent company for internet provider.
They have done a great job when I switched from Sprint who’s coverage in this area is terrible.
Going to switch my router next.
