Very good product and platform. As with anything technological it has it's challenges but overall it's fast and stable and support is available when needed. Very good product for fairly simple ecommerce builds and can likely be customized in nearly any needed. Nice that by being standalone it doesn't risk interference of a CMS and because it can be hosted nearly anywhere you are not a "captive held audience" as you might be with a SAAS eCom provider who only self hosts.
