    As a web developer I have built over +100 plus e-commerce stores with WooCommerce. There is no comparison when it comes to affordability, scaling, and fully customized to whatever the user wants. Just the fact that it is an open source under GPL give small business owners so much power and leverage it is great. I would recommend 100 percent that every small business owner who wants an e-commerce store use WooCommerce.
