I have been using GoDaddy for several years now. They offer a full range of services to build/maintain business websites from do-it-yourself to done-for-you. I have been very impressed with their customer support; every time I call, I am connected with a representative who usually not only answers my questions very thoroughly, but oftentimes gives me additional information regarding a related issue. I can't compare it to other such providers, but I would definitely recommend their services to anyone with no to medium-level knowledge/ability about website creation/maintenance.
A good starting point (especially for ecommerce) for someone not versed in web design. However, the intuitive user experience is not completely dummy proof. One should know the rules of SEO and web design prior to diving in completely blind. That is why we are here.

Easy to understand
I have one of my websites here. The website/email package is decently priced and the website features are great. The customer service (phone) is pretty responsive as well.
I use GoDaddy for all my domains and email services. Websites and Landing pages are easy to build with their website builder.
I love it. It has so many integrations built in that I can manage most of my business through them. Plus, they are definitely affordable.
They have everything as adon which is not a good thing, But its good place to start with.
Not the best but not the worst.
