For SEO Agencies in specific - I am more than willing to make any suggested back-end on-page SEO changes (so long as the design and layout of the website is respected), and then let you have at it in terms of off-page SEO and marketing (relevant / local link building etc.). If blog posts are part of the plan, once sent to me, I can add them to the website - no problem.
