Just do not go to Wells Fargo.
They actually call you if something you might buy is suspicious or the cost is too low. Amazing customer service.
They are a good bank.
I have been banking with chase since they purchsased Washington MUTUAL. They have done nothing to help me with a loan, funds, business credit during Covid. I never received one dime of the relief funds and I had to close my business for over 18 months. Its a disgrace that these banks and large corporations get bailed out and they dont even help their customers. Looking for a new bank now.
Chase closed my accounts after 20 years with no explanation. Very unresponsive during the pandemic with the ppp loans. STAY AWAY FROMM CHASE.

I've had only positive experience banking with Chase. I've always received prompt, polite, professional service. The only drawback from a small business perspective is that their business accounts do not connect to QuickBooks Online in real time right now. I've been told they're working on solving this though.
