    Terrible experience, if you have a claim, they don't have support. they sub contract other banks for customer support and they don't know how to answer questions. their platform doesn't support all electronical technologies, particularly international. We quit using it after loosing money due to lack of response

    I wish the account was accumulating interest on my balance however.

    I am still getting used to Novo but I love the app's interface and the fact that there is now a group for Novo users on Alignable!
