Some problems but that was in the past - is mostly ok now.

They allowed someone to use my social security number and wouldn't comply with law enforcement in the handling of the affair.

Sometimes expensive but works as advertised. 

We've been with B of A for over 20 years and they have done absolutely nothing to show a concern or willingness to help our small business. We are parting ways with them to do business with a small local bank (Cogent) which helped get us our PPP loan

Now announced doing 0 down no closing cost for Hispanic and black community. Extremely low interest rates…. Horrible business practices shame I am  white 

Extremely low ethics

This is a price gouging financial institution that has poor customer service. 

Incredibly poor customer service and high fees. They've been tat way for many years.
