Zoho has a lot of different products. We used Zoho Projects for about 8 years at our agency. I saw them make a lot of product improvements over the years. Good for time tracking and general project management. Overall, I think they try to do too much, in terms of multiple products for every aspect of Operations - like CRM, etc. I didn't love what I saw from the other tools, but Projects is solid. Kind of like a better version of Basecamp. Not quite as good as Clickup.
I love Zoho Campaigns. If you have Zoho One, it is included.

Excellent core product for small business owners. The Zoho Enterprise product provides a ecosystem for the business owner and the products included integrate with the system of other products that are included. For the price point, it is one of my go to options for small and medium business owners.
