As an email marketing service, I've used nearly every email platform on the net including Get Response. It's a good platform for beginners and is pretty simple to use.
Good system for email marketing, only offers a free trial
Limiting and overpriced
not sure that i would yet
The GetResponse List Building Program is a free, comprehensive email marketing course that covers everything you need to know to grow your list by up to 10,000 subscribers in as little as 90 days. It was designed to help marketers maximize their email marketing efforts by enhancing their lists with new, engaged contacts. Used with the GetResponse platform, it's a complete email marketing solution, providing marketers with both the know-how and necessary tools to launch an effective email marketing campaign. The course is unique and created exclusively for GetResponse customers, both free trial and paid accounts that have less than 10,000 contacts. Customers may choose from two program schedules: the 90-day fast track and the 180-day standard program. Each session consists of a video tutorial, presentation, and an article. Those who complete the program and acquire at least 1,000 new contacts will receive a GetResponse University Certificate of Performance.
I prefer Get Response. The designs are better (more choices). But the main reason is that it offers so much more than just email marketing. You can create Surveys, Webinars, Emails, Landing Pages, etc. The price is the same as MailChimp but offers more. I have used MailChimp and GetResponse and I prefer GetResponse by a mile. Just be careful when you are creating email templates to make sure that you delete both CSS and visual if you make a change in your email automation process affecting the visual!
