I am using Web.Com.The service is good in adding the data to my site when I call them but they get zero on innovation and helping you to get the best results. They have not got a clue about what to advise me to put on the site.So far in 8 months, I have had almost no hits.

I have been a Gold VIP re-seller with Network Solutions, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Web.com, for over 5 years and have had great experience with them. I don't deal with Web.com directly, but a few times that I have, the executive support people have treated me with respect and resolved my issues promptly, making me feel like an important client to them just like my more than 50 plus website clients are to me.
I like their multiple service offerings, one stop shop portal for all my clients needs, from registering a domain, to hosting a website we have developed, to email services, SSL certificates, safety & security, and much more.
I was not pleased with the SEO package I purchased. They charged me for 3 months of service and logged on to my website exactly once in those 3 months. I wasn't asking for results after 3 months, just evidence of work being done and when no keywords were changed, or modifications of any kind made to my website since they never logged in, it became very suspicious. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of work performed and told them so when I cancelled.
I have been using web.com since 1995 and I am extremely satisfied with their services. I'm an IT professional and I have an old hosting package which was update many times as the technology moved forward but the price only changed by $20 since 2001. I really can not recall a bad experience with them at all, in fact, they have been my number one choice recommendation to my clients.
