Too expensive and you get the same results as lower cost ones.
Monster is a great way to expand your outside search and it gives you more choices. A nice way to take a real look at the candidates that may fit your requirements.
I began working with Monster (literally - I'm an employee) and had previously used them for job searches. Monster created the online job board game and in my honest opinion, Monster hasn't done the best job in marketing themselves to keep up with the rest of the competitors. In recent months, they have launched a new marketing program to gain the attention of millennials (who will be 50% of the workforce by 2020) as well as introduced robust new products that greatly enhance the talent acquisition process. If you haven't had a chance to look at Monster in the last few months or years, I would invite you to take a second look. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised.
If I know of someone looking for a job or know of someone wanting to list a job I may recommend monster. It seems like a very good outlet
I think Monster offers a good variety of job possibilities to a large group of people seeking employment.
I used Monster about two years ago and had great success with it. I have not had the need as of late, but always glance around to see what is going on in the job search and hiring arena.
Have had success using Monster - most sites give you more candidates bs background and profile you are requesting. One of the better sites
My experience was last year and they were falling behind with social media postings. Also expensive compared to many alternatives.
I have use all the job boards over my years of recruiting and find that each one is good and bad. But non of them replace talking to the candidate and getting a good understand of what they bring to the table. Thirteen years of recruiting, I have seen lots of test and job boards but it still always come down to if they are fit to companies culture.
Very poor. Was used a lot 10 years ago, not now. Mostly spam.
