I
Have found job offers that are no longer available from the poster also not one job matches what I am looking for. I never know if I have even passed it to the employer. No feedback
Its user friendly and a powerful for those seeking employment.
Terrible service. Never got that proverbial needle in the haystack they advertise for. In fact the only calls I did get were from zip recruiter trying to upsell.Upselling is fine if youre helping someone but when your service is crap, its just crap. Noone wants to buy more of that.
Very Pricey but yields a really good amount of applicants however not good quality applicants as most of them would not even reply to set an interview and those that did, a high % were no shows so for the cost of 16.00 per day it's not worth it.
I found an excellent employee through ZipRecruiter, but you need to be very specific about the qualifications you are looking for. When I initially posted an ad I was inundated with unqualified applicants, but it was well worth the effort to revise my minimum requirements.
A bit pricey but a good resource for a lot of applicants if you can afford it.
I have had some success with ZipRecruiter. You still get many unqualified candidates, but it is priced much better than CareerBuilder and the paid version of Indeed.
ZipRecruiter hasn't been successful for our agency at all. We've had much better results with other platforms in terms of sourcing and connecting with great candidates for our clients.
We have tried ZipRecruiter a couple of times and found no viable candidates. Lots of responses, but none worthy of hire.
I used their free listing. Was getting 10-12 applicants a day. After 10 days set up 8 interviews from best of the best. 6 no shows and 2 interviews. Walked away with a great employee. Forgot to remove my listing, so they tried to charge me $400 for keeping it up. They reimbursed me when I called them on it and demonstrated that I did not look at any candidates after initial 2 week period.
