Well worth the pricing for the features that you get.  Usually going with the Pro or Agency is the best choice.  The analytics are amazing with custom analytics abilities or built in dashboards.  The auto publishing queues to either solo profiles or social groups, along with RSS auto-publishing is great.  You are also able to track analytics based on campaign types.  For example, video, blogs, etc can be labeled as campaign types so you can really drill down to see what is the most successful type of campaign.  Too many great features to name.
