Great reach but the algorithm slows it down for those in the nutrition field. 

Instagram is another favorite social media platform when it comes interacting with people my age who have similar interests. I like the groups and the ability to interact with Facebook.  

Instagram is a great way to promote your business if you use visuals and video for a personal brand. Scripts that tell a story are the most effective way to clarify your messaging.

Very confusing.  Since Meta purchased them, it has been insufferable using marketing SaaS tools for my Social Media marketing campaigns.
