I work with adults wanting more authenticity and creativity in their lives. I have a specialty in late-diagnosed neurodivergent womxn in the process of unmasking.
As a late-diagnosed AuDHD womxn myself, I especially want to work with adults who
** feel misunderstood
** are trying to understand who they really are
** have been told they are too much
** worry about rejection or feeling like an outsider
** want to discuss taboo subjects
I help adults feel more authentic, worthy, and confident. We will use Internal Family Systems to explore your emotional system to:
* resolve inner conflicts
* unwanted habits
* shame
* self sabotage
I will help you feel into your body and discover the nuance that drives your desires and decisions.

My business name, Work That Fulfills, means a lot to me for several reasons.
1. I believe the effort you put into knowing and loving all of who you are is the most important activity we will ever do.
2. "The only way out is through." When we turn toward instead of work around, life gets easier.
3. We spend more than a THIRD of our life doing work, so it should be meaningful and fulfilling.
4. The initials of the business name give you a TON of information about my humor and who I am. ;)
In 2018, I hosted a state-wide mentorship and coaching program for women in tech, UX, career changers, and all things related to confidence and authenticity in the workplace.
Now as a Mental Health Professional, I've repurposed my 14+ years of UX research and climate/systems thinking to help individuals deeply understand themselves.
