Well, since my business is fitness based (physical/mental/emotional), its in the everyday interaction. I assist them in seeing they are doing their best given a circumstance and encourage or poke them with goodness when it seems like they are pulling up short. I offer text messages for out of town or off the radar times with simple exercises they can do while they are away. Overall, I just ensure they feel better when they leave than perhaps what they did upon arrival
