Mostly does a good job. Rates are now too high plus POBox costs are out of site - not funny.
They generally do a good job with mailings; however, occasionally things get lost or damaged. To be fair this happens with all the other services as well.
If you are on a tight budget this is the way to go.
We clocked $1M in sales in our first 12 months, but USPS did everything in their incompetent power to hurt us.
If I could dissolve this company in 24 hours, I'd pull the plug rightnow. Over and done. The postal-carriers are common criminals, nothing more. We witnessed them throwing our packages (and others) into their trucks after we spent time and resources carefully packing them. They are really nothing but criminals, stealing MONEY from small businesses when you are your weakest. DO NOT USE THEM for anything. You will lose a fortune, we did.
The prices have sky rocketed while the service has been Eh!

Mail Carriers work harder than you would think.. my wife walks 9 miles a day. Rain sleet, snow , or Coronavirus.
