They had lost 2 boxes from the same order. It took a month for them to acknowledge that they entered one building for sorting and were not scanned out of that building but, they would not admit to losing track of them and have no idea where they went. Customer service was friendly yet useless. Website tracking uses vague meaningless terms for where your packages are in their system. How many people couldn’t have done their job of scanning each package if they evaporate after entering a building and never exit?
