In my experience, most CRMs worth their salt have a Zapier integration, so you can probably choose any one of them you like. You can start with something like Mailchimp, which has a free tier with limited features or go with something moderately priced with lots of features, like SalesFlare. I believe Hubspot also has a free tier.

(more) Hi Eric, The cost of developing a website varies depending on the type of website, features such as eCommerce, integrations, and whether or not you provide the content or pay for content services. Jenn is correct that there are post development tasks to consider. Are you working with a full development/SEO company or will you be working with someone who specializes in SEO after the fact? Keith's point is important as well. You should define where your website lands in your marketing plan and how you plan to drive traffic to it. If you don't need a complex site, Gladys is accurate; you can build it yourself. The question I would also ask is, do you have the bandwidth to take on a website creation project? If not, even if your site would be relatively simple, it's probably best to pay someone to create it for you. The best use of your time as a business owner is to generate revenue. I hope this helps.

(more) I agree with John that it’’s often best not to put rates on the site; however, I think it depends on what services you’re offering and to whom.  That said, I’m not sure if your asking about the rate structure or the design elements. Assuming the rate structure is appropriate for your industry and  your clients would understand and expect such a presentation, I would change the design elements in a variety of ways. 1) I discourage the use of all caps. It is harder to read and implies being yelled at on the Internet. 2) I would use more of a marketing approach by creating fewer packages and emphasizing the rate structure you think is most beneficial to your clients. 3) Differentiating the text using headings and body text versus everything being the same size and format would help make the information easier to read. 4) I would use color to create visual interest and increase readability. I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out if you need help with the design work. I know a few designers who may be able to help.

It’s not uncommon in New Orleans, for example, for vampire  or haunted history tours to partner with voodoo shops. History tours often partner with restaurants and bars in some of the oldest buildings in the city.

I wish I had understood that I would need help doing certain types of work, e.g. administrative and other tasks, so I could be free to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients more effectively.
