Quality and cost must go hand in hand. As we are a retail business, there are always competitors with the same or similar product so I have to be very aware of what I pay for product and shipping. I try to negotiate with all my suppliers at the end of each fiscal year for prompt payment discounts as well which over a year can really add up and gain me that little bit extra in my jeans. Also I will only deal with suppliers that will support and back their product 100%
