Our practice is set up to assist small business owners with the tasks they have to do to run their businesses, keep good accounting records, legally minimize the taxes they pay, as well as, provide proactive advice when needed in structuring how your business is organized both business wise and personally, as well as, provide management consulting, in a number of areas with over 40 years experience, when requested and needed. We also are specialists in the area of estates and trusts for our clients and other accountants.

Many of the bookkeeping persons that I have worked with over the years want to do things "their way" regardless of what is in the best interests of the business owner. Of course, this doing things "their way" when they do not even know the right way to do things properly does not work for anyone. That is an interesting question, and good that you brought it up. As we all know with "whole brain learning" poetry comes into play in a big way. It can create a "memory path". As a student in Neuro Linguistics over many years, and coaching I have observed how the integration of right and left...

As a student in Neuro Linguistics over many years, and coaching I have observed how the integration of right and left brain thinking and action makes such a difference in success and in life. I would think that "jingles" could be created, for just about every business, as my father did with our roadside dairy business years ago that increased sales dramatically. He was a poet! All S Corporation shareholders/or partners should keep in mind the upcoming deadline, June 15, 2022, for possible depositing of the 50% of last year's taxable income, computed at 9.3%, and make the Election for this year, and make the deposit to the State for possible additional federal tax deductibility, if it is beneficial. Generally for taxpayers with over $ 10K in state tax deductions, including property taxes, or if not itemizing deductions. You will need taxable income, and a look at your current year projected income, as well, in addition to a few other factors. I will have more on this one later.
