I'm considered a small business in my industry. My website cost us $65K however it contains a database of 242 venders we use and the site is accessible. In my case we are a reseller for Disney selling their destination vacations, we have to consider our vendors copyright rights, they do provide us with approved copyrighted photos and graphics. They have sued companies that violate their copyright.
