Who we want to be referred to
I am seeking individuals within companies who could derive value from my customized products. I am eager to establish connections with like-minded professionals to engage in discussions regarding potential mutually beneficial collaborations. My objective is to connect with fellow business owners, fostering an environment where we can contribute to each other's success. Through cultivating such partnerships, we can grow together both personally and professionally. I envision a business synergy where our respective products seamlessly integrate, resulting in the creation of enhanced offerings. Examples include collaborations with woodworkers, metal builders, or artisans whose crafts align synergistically with my products.
I was raised in New York City with my mom and brother. Graduated High School with a degree in culinary arts. I had my own bakery until I deployed to Iraq. I have two children and a grandmother of three. I live with my husband and dog called Lavern. I am retired veteran and retired schoolteacher. I enjoy my life every day as a devoted Christian. I opened my business in 2012, I painted first, then in 2019, I decided started my arts and crafts business.
During my deployment overseas to Kuwait in 2012, I sought solace through art, embarking on a journey that would not only keep me grounded but also unveil a hidden talent. It all began with a single painting, the first I ever sold in that distant land. As I delved into the world of artistry, my creations—captivating depictions of serene lakes, picturesque beaches, and enigmatic abstract faces—found resonance among my fellow soldiers, offering them a visual connection to the familiarity of home. The demand for my paintings grew organically as I continued to pour my creativity onto the canvas. Observing the joy and nostalgia my art stirred among my comrades, I willingly accepted requests for custom pieces. In doing so, I realized that my artistic endeavors were more than a personal escape—they served as a collective reminder of the ties that bind us to our roots, especially when stationed far from home.Saying "yes" to those custom requests became a validation of our shared experiences.
