Plus I have found it is very important to qualify any new customers by asking what they are looking for, do they have a budget and how they got our name.
Referral, we've done no advertising in 30 plus years, except for the occasional industry mags or special events publications which have yielded nada. Our only source has been repeat and referrals and the occasional website visitor.
