We used them for our PPP. All in all it was an okay experience. Their website and process were slower than we would have liked; however, this was at the height of PPP signup when everyone was doing it and lenders were all trying to scramble and build out their websites to service these new clients and keep up with the ins and outs of these new products. We attribute most of the slowness to that.
