Have been with them for years. Almost never need support but when I do, they are great. Their online interface is the most intuitive I have ever seen.
Their Spark cc product is awesome. They started me on a high maximum, then a couple of months later they asked me if I'd like another increase (I think that was a 25% increase). Then a year later I requested another increase and was issued 25%...

Then a year later I requested another increase and was issued 25% more. By the way, this is a 2% cash back cc. I am very happy!
