I wish I'd realized how unstructured my time would become without "a job", a boss, or even customers to help establish a rhythm when I first got started. It can feel like a blessing in the early days, but it's also very easy to lose focus and burn up time on less important tasks. Finding that rhythm is even more important once you have employees, because it lays the foundations of your culture, and everyone's expectations of one another. (more)
