My customers enjoy wearing unique cowrie shell and African print accessories. My handcrafted fashion accessory designs have a beach, boho chic, and afrocentric vibe. I also coach fellow creative women entrepreneurs who want to increase their online visibility. I show them how to start converting their online followers into customers via my coaching brand Strategypreneur™.
I love collaborating with fashion bloggers, journalist, influencers, and boutique owners! I'm also open to partnering with any company that serve women with natural hair. I enjoy coaching handmade businesses and creative women entrepreneurs who desire more online brand visibility.
Accented Glory is a handcrafted women's fashion accessory brand. My specialty is cowrie shell and African print designs. My pieces include natural hair accessory, Afrocentric jewelry, handbag, and hat designs. My work has been featured on Essence, Martha Stewart Shop, Refinery29, and Good Housekeeping. My designs can be purchased on Amazon, Etsy, and at Milton Rhodes Center of the Arts gift shop in Winston Salem, NC.
All of my designs have a "design story" that highlights materials, significance of number of cowrie shells, and history of materials used.
I noticed that hair accessories in retail stores catered to young girls and were not natural hair friendly. This void inspired me to create a brand that offers hair accents for women with kinky, coily, and curly hair. I later expanded into jewelry and handbag designs.
One of the biggest complaints I hear about headbands is headband headaches! All of my headband designs are adjustable, which allows you to control how tight it fits. My earring designs are light weight, so no worries of earlobe droop. Most of my handbag designs are crossbody bags which gives you options on how to wear.
