Our Ideal Customer

As a facilitator and training developer, I tend to gravitate toward organizations and teams that perform thankless and underappreciated roles. Construction workers, service providers, hospitality workers. With experience in these industries, I develop and deliver training that works for the special people that build our communities.

Who we’d like to partner with

Organizations that place value on employee development and growth. IF your team struggles with common problems like workplace disengagement, disapproval, conflict, cultural headbutting, or just have good people that aren't used to working well together, I can help.

With years of service to the construction industry as an international trainer for one of the largest labor unions in the United States, my focus was on improving jobsite culture and communication.

We are all people and we all bring problems and challenges to the table. Working through those challenges through skill development takes the pressure off and allows people to explore new ideas and strategies.

This would allow employers and consultants like myself to curate training and development in ways that will be both impactful and targeted toward developing specific skills and attitudes rather than throwing a one-size-fits-all approach at employee development.
