Zendesk is a solid customer support platform. They have various support channels and it's clearly organized and easy to sort through. My only gripe with them, ironically, is their own support method. They do not have a clear direct means of communication when an issue arises, their default mode is the self help articles or to send an email inquiry. There is no phone, or live chat support, which is ironic.
I used Zendesk in my previous company. It is easy to use and has excellent features and integrations.
