Before opening Ponte, I had a 25+ year career in Commercial Real Estate where I oversaw property management and construction in a Director of Operations capacity. During my tenure with Vanbarton Group, my team did the preliminary due diligence for 305 E. 46th Street. Following acquisition, we were planning an extensive facade renovation project, however, 6 months in - we sold the property. My then boss requested that I "pitch" to the new owner that we continue to manage the project...so I did. Needless to say, we won the business and it was then that I realized that specialized project management was a business where I could serve Owner's who did not have familiarity with NYC Local Laws and other jurisdictional requirements.
Ponte truly advocates for the Owner's it serves and coordinates all project related activities as if it were a seamless member of their own staff.
