The most compelling problem is finding skilled labor. Most all new hires or applicants are not fit to graduate grade school. The lack of integrity, concern and inability to articulate is quite disturbing. Unfortunately, many of these young minds have been propagated to view success based solely upon income, lacking pride, satisfaction and self-improvement. Hard work is a dirty word.

I’m a hairstylist of 40 years. I’ve had no downturn, no slow downs except for COVID! My philosophy has always been simple. Consistency, dependability, creativity, education, promotion! It’s always worked!

I have been practicing Interior Design for the past 30 years.   I have always been busy  all the time and this year is looking good for me.  Many new projects, mostly in condominiums.
