But, you would have to anyway unless you are looking to make a direct sale.  I is old school but it works. Im assuming  you have  a sign out. I would suggest putting a QR code linking to  web page with all the details. Some people may want to get info before making  a phone call ( I don't know why every selling agent doesn't do this with every listing) I would also use Google ads and extend the geographic area. While you are at it, look around the complex And learn who lives there. Singles? Young families, older folks? If that demo likes the complex there if a good chance your buyer will too. Use this info to make your Google ad more effective. Also, check out. FSBO.com , owners.com and Zillow and check out their fees. Zillow is a go to place for a lot of buyers. (Sorry for grammar and spelling errors. It's from my phone ) Rich. i forgot to mention. The buying agent has  fiduciary responsibly to the buyer not you. They have the buyers agent first in mind.

Along with employees I would include other stakeholders like suppliers, attorney, accountants.  With that as a background, one very important thing they can start with would be to listen and comment. It is less difficult than putting themselves out there for you. Then, lead the way. Demonstrate the types of content that would be great to share. You can break it down to topics. They can be anything as simple as new customers who don't know you, existing customers, customer service, sharing and thanking great comments etc. It's easier for people if you give them a place to start. Even better, engage them to suggest ideas of their own. If they do, they will be even more engaged and excited to share.

We absolutely engage people to build relationships with social media. With strong relationships, we have a deeper pool people we look to when building sales. It is always win/win and always about the client. (more) We absolutely engage people to build relationships with social media. If they like you, they will be enthusiastic and write more than a sentence. If they don't they either won't say anything or you wouldn't have asked in the first place. After them directly sending someone to you, a public statement had more legs.

We can answer them with something like, " We work to meet or exceed customers expectations. We hear that we have not met yours and hope you give us a second chance." 3. This one I like the best: Everywhere that you have control, offer a chance for comments. On your website, in an email etc. with only be 1 question, " would you recommend us to a friend?"  Every other question is superfluous.

Email communication (yes, I didn't say marketing) should be a dialog. Treat your people as they are close,  engage with them. Get feedback.  Build trust.  (more) Email communication (yes, I didn't say marketing) should be a dialog. Treat your people as they are close,  engage with them. Get feedback.  Build trust.
