HubSpot is a great tool, and keeps getting better. They do not "own" your website - you can install the tool on your existing site. Yes, it's not ideal for very small business, or those with no one dedicated to marketing full-time. In the right hands, it can align your marketing and sales efforts, help you generate leads and demonstrate impressive ROI.

I personally love Salesforce, I was able to create my own dash boards which gave me the latest activity I needed to present to my higher ups and also kept my finger on the pulse of my sales teams on daily basis!
