About Us

All businesses and not for profits track money in and money out. How they do it is a choice - with stress, missed deadlines OR with ease, reliable reports and proactive decision making. My promise: help small/medium organizations run better without speaking Accounting!

I build the financial infrastructure by selecting and customizing software solutions for each client's unique business and industry. I am able to obtain significant software discounts for my clients. I provide easy-to-follow workflows. My goal is to save both time and money while providing invaluable insight. I support my clients with set up, clean up, training and on-going guidance.

My qualifications include Advanced Certifications in QuickBooks, APPs that unleash the power of QBO. I have an MBA and was the Senior Program and Budget Analyst at the Federal Reserve Board.

How We Got Started

My journey to becoming a QuickBooks expert was not direct.

When I was 5, I did not say “SOMEDAY, I WILL GROW UP TO BE A QUICKBOOKS ADVISOR!” My interests were in languages; I believed that languages were the way to build better bridges.

Now, being a good translator actually comes in pretty handy working with clients. Particularly when translating between clients and their CPAs.

Over the years my jobs and volunteer work put me in a position to witness the failure of banks, businesses and non-profits. In contrast, my family business was incredibly profitable. Our 'secret sauce' was something that could be shared. So, when we sold our business, I had the opportunity and determination to help other small / medium organizations succeed.

Knowing this information should impact a business owner's decision to even go to the bank. Having an up to date and reliable Balance Sheet and knowing that information would certainly enhance relations with a banker and improve the chances of getting financing. Cash (cashflow) is the oxygen of a healthy business.  You do not specify the type of organization, but businesses cannot survive without cashflow. Great question with passionate views on both sides! Reminds me of discussions on whether driving a manual vs automatic transmission vehicle was better. Different but similar, both have learning curves. In the end they get you where you need to go. (more) Great question with passionate views on both sides!
